At Lam Tae, we believe that great food evokes memories. Our journey began in the bustling streets of Bangkok, Thailand — where the aroma of sizzling rice noodles, tamarind, palm sugar and chilli sauce filled the air every evening. Inspired by that vibrant street-food tradition, Lam Tae was born to bring the true taste of Thai cuisine into home kitchens around the world.
Our founders are Thai food lovers with respect for tradition: they grew up helping in family kitchens, learning to balance sweet, sour, salty and spicy tastes, and mastering the art of the quick-stir-fry. Years later, they created Lam Tae with a simple mission: to make authentic Thai cooking easy, accessible and irresistible.
Each Lam Tae meal kit is crafted in Thailand, using premium rice noodles and sauces built on real Thai herbs — lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime, garlic — sourced locally. We took care to omit artificial colours or preservatives, because we believe real flavour comes from real ingredients.
